As an education nonprofit professional, early-stage entrepreneur and liberatory design thinking coach, her passion runs deep for collaborating with, advocating for, and supporting Black women.

Antonia is a Talent Acquisition Professional by day and every other moment possible; she is a serial entrepreneur. Life Coach, Business Consultant, Owner of LoganCreative Company, LLC, and Founding Executive Director of Crown Jewels Leadership Foundation, Inc. Her passion is providing solutions and creating pathways for women of all ages to succeed in life and in their specific areas of business, interests, and personal growth.

Tiffany is the Founder of The Black Womens Business Coalition, a village that specializes in building Black women owned businesses with confidence and Confidentiality. Tiffany is a serial podcaster, producer, voice actor, writer, coach, facilitator, esteem booster, and so much more!

As an Ed Leadership Consultant, Dominique is committed to coaching and consulting women who lead in the education field. She has a passion for supporting Black women education leaders and creating structures to cultivate connection, retention, and success!

Tiffany is a certified beekeeper (apiarist) with the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association and owner of Miss Humble B's Hive, LLC. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Child Care Resource Center and as the lead board member of Carver High School’s Academies of Hospitality and Tourism and IT. Tiffany is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and a 2019 WSSU 40 Under 40 Inductee.
